Legacy Coop in Gordon is looking for a full-time Feed Mill Operator/Technician. The Feed Mill Operator is responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the feed mill equipment to ensure efficient production of high-quality animal feed. The role requires adherence to safety and quality standards, teamwork, and attention to detail to meet production goals and regulatory requirements.

Duties include but not limited to:
- Operate, monitor, and adjust feed mill equipment to produce feed according to specifications
- Perform reqular quality checks to ensure feed meets standards
- Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery
- Identify and troubleshoot eqiupment issues and report mechanical or operational problems
-All other duties as assigned

Education, Skills, and Experience:
-High school diploma or GED.
-Experience in feed mill operations, manufacturing, or a similar environment not required but a plus.
-Strong mechanical aptitude and trouble shooting skills.
-Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Basic computer skills
-Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
-Willingness to work in varying environmental conditions, including exposure to dust and noise.
